For established businesses that need a more substantial level of support across operations, systems, and delivery.

A more integrated level of support across executive assistance, team and project coordination, CRM and systems management, workflow oversight, client and business operations, and the day-to-day details that keep the business moving well.
How this time may be used
Support at this level is suited to businesses needing a stronger presence behind the scenes - for example, around 3 + hours a working day, or a more flexible spread of support across the month in line with priorities, deadlines, launches, and operational demands.

The rates shown above reflect our prices for ongoing admin and business support.
More specialist work - such as CRM setup, systems support, workflow creation, and SOP development — is scoped and priced separately, or incorporated into a bespoke retainer where appropriate.
